Get ready for a comedy riot as Triptii Dimri, Vicky Kaushal, and Ammy Virk have unveiled the first look of their upcoming film Bad Newz. The film will be released on July 19.

After Triptii Dimri's role as 'bhabhi 2' in Animal, the actor has been showered with film offers. While she is busy shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 with Kartik Aaryan, the diva has announced her next film with Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk. The film, titled 'Bad Newz' is all set for a July release. Triptii, Vicky and Ammy's new film titled 'Bad Newz'

Taking to Instagram, Karan Johar made the big announcement. The director revealed that Triptii, Vicky and Ammy's new film is a comedy drama inspired by true events.

He wrote, "Get ready for the most entertaining hungama - a hilarious once in a billion situation awaits…a comedy inspired by true events!!BadNewz IN CINEMAS 19th July 2024! @apoorva1972 @bindraamritpal @anandntiwari @somenmishra @dimplemathias @vickykaushal09 @tripti_dimri @ammyvirk @nehadhupia @_ishita_moitra_ @dudeja_sahaab @primevideoin @dharmamovies @leomediacollective @aafilms.official @saregama_official."

The video shows the first look of the trio from the film which is being directed by Anand Tiwari. Earlier the film was titled 'Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam', however, looks like the makers have zeroed in on 'Bad Newz'.

'Bad News' marks the second collaboration for Vicky and Anand. They previously worked together in 'Love per Square Foot' (2018), which also featured his wife, Angira Dhar.

The cast wrapped the film's shoot last year and even shared a picture from the wrap.
