Actor Varun Dhawan visited Mumbai’s majestic Lalbaugcha Raja Ganesh Mandal for spectacular Ganpati festival celebrations. He sought the blessings of Lord Ganesha as he bowed and touched the feet of the idol.

Varun Dhawan looked dashing in a yellow kurta paired with blue pants. It was a perfect blend of style and tradition.

The actor took to Instagram to post about his visit. He wrote that he had the best darshan.

Lalbaugcha Raja is one of the oldest and most revered Ganpati pandals in Mumbai and Bollywood actors frequently offer their prayers.

Personalities like Shilpa Shetty, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia Deshmukh, and many others were seen welcoming Bappa on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

On the work front, Varun Dhawan has been riding high on success and critical acclaim of his romantic entertainer ‘Bawaal’. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the film has garnered praise from the audience and critics.

Now, Varun is all set to embark on his next cinematic journey. According to reports, he is all set to kick off his next action entertainer, dubbed as ‘#VD18’, in the second week of August.

According to Mid-Day, a source close to the project said the shooting timelines have been finalized, and the team will start with a 15-day schedule in a Mumbai studio. Varun will be joined by the talented South Indian actress Keerthy Suresh, who is making her much-awaited Bollywood debut with this film.
