BLACKPINK's Jennie joins forces with Zico for upcoming single 'SPOT', preview out now

Zico has announced his collaboration with BLACKPINK’s Jennie for his upcoming new single titled 'Spot'. Rumours about their collaboration have been circulating for the last few days. While his agency refrained from commenting on the reports earlier, both artists have confirmed the news now. Zico has now shared a recording studio preview, which has both musicians vibing to Jennie's vocals of the song.

Zico took to Instagram on Thursday (April 18) to reveal that he has teamed up with Jennie for some exciting new music. He also recorded a studio preview of his upcoming song with the BLACKPINK member. The preview video featured the two musicians vibing to Jennie's completed recording of the song. Zico captioned the post with #SPOT, hinting at the title of the track.

Subsequently, KOZ Entertainment uploaded the release schedule, confirming the partnership. Along with the doodles that establish the mood for the song, Zico is included in the picture. A timetable of the different releases, including dates for concept photo unveilings, song recordings, and music video teasers, is also attached. Jennie also re-posted the video on her agency, Odd Atelier, and her Instagram profile. Re-posting the video shared by Zico, Jennie wrote, "itss cominnnnnng".

The song's premiere is scheduled for April 26, 2024, at 6:00 PM KST.
