      A video of the security breach at the Parliament shows a 42-year-old woman chanting anti-dictatorship, pro-women slogans in the vicinity of the complex.

      “Jai Bhim, Jai Bharat. Tanashahi nahi chalegi…”

      The Delhi Police said Neelam released a coloured-smoke canister outside Transport Bhawan and was whisked away.

      The woman from Haryana’s Jind protested along with Amol Shinde who is from Maharashtra.

      Her mother told the media: “My daughter would keep saying, mother I am highly qualified and I earn nothing, it is better to die.”

      Her mother said that she spoke to Neelam hours before Parliament breach but she didn’t tell her about her whereabouts.

      The Delhi Police said neither Neelam nor Amol had mobile phones or any bags or any identification proof on them.

      Neelam's brother told media that his elder sister has done BA. MA. BEd. MPhil. and has qualified CTET. HTET. and NET. He rued that she is however unemployed.
