      As the summer progresses, the craving for drinking cool and refreshing liquids increases. This summer avoid unhealthy sugary drinks and try this easy recipe of 'Honey Ginger Iced Tea'. Besides being great for your health, it will also keep you refreshed and hydrated.

      Recipe for 'Honey Ginger Iced Tea'

      Add 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunf) and 1 tsp of grated ginger to three cups of water and boil it. Then strain the water and dip a bag of green tea into it. After some time add honey and lemon to it and mix well. Refrigerate or add some ice to your tea and serve.
