According to Suvidhi Jain, a lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition coach, sprouts are a nutritional powerhouse, providing a blend of fiber and protein that adds significant value to any diet. Jain emphasised that these tiny wonders can be used creatively to elevate your meals. Whether incorporated into salads or mixed with dishes like poha, you not only enhance their fiber and protein content but also create a more wholesome and fulfilling diet.

Furthermore, Jain pointed out that sprouts are exceptionally low in calories, typically containing only about 30 to 35 calories per 100 grams.
