Chaitra Navratri is going to begin on March 22 this year. If you are also fasting this Navratri, try this banana walnut lassi. Here's the recipe.

Ingredients for banana walnut lassi

To make banana walnut lassi, all you need is 1 cup low-fat yoghurt, 1/2 banana, 3-4 ( brazil nuts, hazelnuts, almonds) 1 teaspoon seeds (mix of flax seeds and sesame seeds) and 1-2 teaspoon honey.

Recipe for banana walnut lassi

In a food processor jar, pour yoghurt, whey powder, flax seed, sesame seeds, walnuts, honey and banana. Blend them all together till you get a smooth and creamy texture. Now, transfer it into a glass and garnish it with walnuts before serving.
