Chocolate Day 2022: Check out this recipe to make hot chocolate at home in a jiffy

Valentine’s week has many days that are all about feeling the love. One such day is Chocolate Day. Chocolate Day is celebrated on February 9 every year. So, celebrate this day by indulging in a delicious cup of hot chocolate.

Hot chocolate is a quintessential winter drink. One sip can instantly make you feel warm and at ease. While most of us crave this drink on chilly nights, we can rarely replicate the authentic taste and texture. So, here’s a recipe that will help you get the exact drool-worthy taste and flavour.

Step 1

Take 300 grams of dark chocolate and chop it into small pieces.

Step 2

Pour 4 cups of milk into a pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1/8 tsp salt into the milk and whisk well. Cook for 3 minutes on low heat and serve hot.
