Combat cold and flu with Raveena Tandon's ultimate kadha recipe, jot down the recipe

If you too are facing flu, cough and cold in this changing season, try actor Raveena Tandon's ultimate kadha.

To make this unique kadha, all you need is

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ajwain and organic haldi
  • 2 cloves
  • 4 black pepper
  • 1/4 piece of ginger
  • 1 spoonful of jaggery
  • A pinch of ghee

Boil all the ingredients together for 2 minutes, strain it, and drink to boost your immunity and combat cold and flu.
