Food blogger Gaurav Wasan shares the easiest process of making curd using green chilli

Curd is a much loved milk-based item which is consumed in almost every Indian household and has numerous health benefits. And, without any doubt, we all know that homemade curd is much better than market curd.

Recently, content curator and food blogger, Gaurav Wasan shared a simple way to make perfect curd at home using green chilli. Here's the recipe.

A step-by-step guide to make curd using chilli

  • First, boil full cream milk properly over a medium flame
  • Then let the milk cool down until it's lukewarm
  • Now, pour the milk into a container in which you want to set the curd
  • After, pouring the milk add 4 spoons of curd (preferably homemade) in the same container and don't stir it
  • Lastly, drop a green chilli into it and cover it with a plate for 7-8 hours.

And, there you go, your curd is perfectly ready to eat. Enjoy it as you like.
