Oatmeal

A great option for breakfast that does not cause bloating and yet fills you up is oatmeal. Oatmeal is a nutritious and fibre-rich option that can help regulate digestion and prevent bloating. You can make your boring oatmeal interesting by adding fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds for flavour and additional nutrients.

Greek yoghurt

Eggs
