Summer is the time to buy your favourite fruits, mangoes and lychees and make yummy desserts with them. As fresh lychees and mangoes hit the market, here is a healthy dessert recipe that can be made in minutes and makes for a super-delicious dessert.

Make lychee mango chia drink at home, jot down the recipe

To make this delicious recipe, take 1/2 cup mango purée, 4/5 lychees finely chopped, 2 tbsp honey, 1 cup coconut milk, 2 tbsp chia seeds.

Start by chopping mangoes and making them into a puree. Mix the puree in coconut milk, add chia seeds and store in fridge overnight. Next, take few lychees, slice them into tiny pieces.

Assemble the pudding with alternate layers of lychee and mango-chia mixture. Top it with fresh mangoes and enjoy!

Benefits of eating lychee and mangoes

Lychees are an excellent source of vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber. With a high water content (about 82%), lychees can help keep you hydrated, especially in hot weather, making it ideal for summer.

Mangoes are packed with essential vitamins and minerals and support overall health and well-being. The fruit is also rich in antioxidants which help protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes.
