      Food blogger Dimple Arora recently shared an easy pre-work-out recipe on Instagram that Bollywood actor Kiara Advani swears by.

      To prepare this pre-workout snack, simply slice some apples and spread a layer of peanut butter on them. Then, sprinkle a mix of seeds and nuts such as almonds, raisins, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds. Now, you're ready to savour this nutritious snack.
