How to make beetroot-turmeric juice?

Ingredients:

1 beetroot

1 inch fresh turmeric root

1/2 inch ginger

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tsp jaggery

3 cups of water

Wash the beetroot, ginger and turmeric and then grate them separately. Take a pan, boil water and add the beetroot, ginger and turmeric. After its cooled down, transfer it to a mixer grinder and make it into a fine pulp after adding water, jaggery and lemon juice. The last step is to enjoy this delicious and healthy drink!

What are the benefits?

Wondering how this super-healthy juice will help you? While the human body itself removes toxins and waste from the body, sometimes the kidneys and liver need a little extra push to detoxify the body. And this is where this beetroot-ginger-turmeric juice will come to your rescue.

This juice is full of nutrients and will replenish your diet with all the lost nutrients, anti-oxidants and minerals. While beetroot is great for people with anaemia and hair problems, turmeric has an anti-inflammatory agent called curcumin. Ginger, on the other hand, is also known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
