      Mango food combo: From ice cream to alcohol, things you are not supposed to have with the fruit

      During summers, we love eating mangoes whenever we get a chance. However, according to experts there are certain things we must keep in mind while having the fruit.

      1. Mangoes should not be eaten with ice cream as this may cause digestion problems.
      2. Citrus fruits like lemon, kiwi or berries should also not be combined with mangoes as it disturbs our body’s pH balance.
      3. Avoid consuming mangoes with aerated or soft drinks as both are high in sugar content and may raise body’s sugar level.
      4. Do not have mangoes with alcohol either. This may cause dehydration.
      5. Avoid eating mangoes with meals as this causes temperature disbalance in our body. Try to have it an hour after or before your meals.
