Shared by content creator Shivesh Bhatia, this delectable dessert recipe is a must try for every dessert lover. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • Hung curd
  • Mango puree
  • Milk
  • Sugar

To make mango mishti doi, first place a cloth wrapped around a strainer over a vessel and put hung curd into it and drain out the extra water. Now add mango puree to the hung curd and keep it aside. Then add some milk and sugar to a pan and heat it. Now add this milk to the mango puree and mix it well. Now put this paste in an earthen pot and keep it at room temperature for about 4-6 hours. After this keep it in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy your mango mishti doi.
