Masterchef Pankaj Bhadauria's homemade mango ice cream recipe is a must try this summer

During the sweltering summer months, there's perhaps no dessert more refreshing and satisfying than mango ice cream. Bursting with the tropical sweetness of ripe mangoes, this creamy concoction offers a delightful respite from the heat. If you're craving a mango ice cream this summer, try chef Pankaj Bhadauria's recipe.

Ingredients for mango ice cream

  • Mango puree
  • Hung curd
  • Honey
  • Pistachios

Recipe for mango ice cream

To make this begin by combining 2 cups of mango puree with 1 cup of hung curd and 4 tablespoons of honey and mix it well. Transfer the mixture to a container, spread it evenly with a spoon and garnish with pistachios. Cover the container with a lid. Place the container in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours until the mango ice cream is set. Serve cold and enjoy!
