Harrah Brown, 64, shares her quest to remain 'beautiful, fit and confident at any age' by simply following a healthy diet comprising of whole grain, nuts and greens. 

She’s 64 but looks much younger, sexagenarian shares her food habits you must follow too

Harrah Brown, a 64 year old social media star recently shared her food habits which make her look much younger and fitter. As reported by The Express, Brown practices the 90/10 rule which means she eats ninety percent nutrient-dense foods while eating at home and 10 percent fun foods when she eats out.

The 64 year old shared what she eats regularly and how she lost belly fat

64 year old Brown shared a video on social media saying how she lost belly fat during menopause. She also said that it’s all down to one simple food rule she always follows, and what she puts in her shopping bag on her regular runs to Whole Foods, she says.

Here are some of Harrah Brown's favourites in her grocery bag

Berries: Brown loves having berries like raspberries and blueberries to her diet. Most berries are relatively low in calories compared to other fruits. They are high in fiber which helps in keeping you feeling full for longer reducing overall calorie intake.

Olive oil: Olive oil is primarily composed of monounsaturated fats, particularly oleic acid. These fats are considered heart-healthy and can help to reduce bad cholesterol levels in the blood. Despite being calorie-dense, these healthy fats can help you feel full and satisfied, potentially reducing overall calorie intake.

Nuts: Another staple in Brown’s shopping bag is nuts like pistachios. They can be excellent additions to a balanced diet and may support weight loss efforts when consumed in moderation.

Greens and leafy vegetables: Greens like cucumbers, romaine lettuce, green cabbage and cilantro, are a big part of Brown’s diet in a bid to look young and healthy.

Whole grains: Whole grains are an essential component of a healthy diet and can contribute to weight loss and overall well-being in several ways.
