Zucchini-corn savoury crepes: Are you on the hunt for a quick and easy breakfast recipe that is both delicious and filling? Say goodbye to thinking about what you want to have early morning and make this quick crepe recipe. While crepes are usually sweet, this recipe is the savoury version.

How to make zucchini-corn savoury crepes

To make these delicious savoury crepes you first need to make the crepes. For this you need 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, Salt to taste, 1 1/4 cup milk, and 1/2 tsp baking powder. To make the white sauce add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp all-purpose flour, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, and some salt to taste.

Next, you need to make the filling. Add garlic, oil, diced onion, and cherry tomatoes in a pan and saute well. Next, add 1 cup chopped zucchini, 1/2 cup corn, 2 cup chopped spinach, 1/4 cup cream cheese.

Mix these well with the sauteed onion-garlic paste. Fill each crepe with the filling, pour the white sauce and enjoy hot!
