How to fry papad without oil

To fry papad without oil, take a pan and put salt in it instead of oil. Now, heat the salt and place the papad in it, flipping it on both sides until it is fried. Remember to cover the papad with salt so it gets heated properly. Cook fries and chips in the same way and enjoy them guilt-free.

Side effects of eating oily food

Weight Gain: Oily foods are often high in calories and fats, which can contribute to weight gain if consumed in excess.

Digestive Issues: Eating oily foods can lead to digestive discomfort, including bloating, gas, and indigestion, especially if the oils are heavy or difficult to digest.
