Summer is here and so is the need to buy and munch on some delicious mangoes. Be it safeda or the juicy alphonso, summers are made special by mangoes. While you can scoop out mango pieces, there is a better and more delicious way to have mangoes.

In a few minutes and using a few ingredients, you can make mango kulfi at home. Here is the recipe!

How to make mango kulfi at home

To make this viral mango kulfi you need, mangoes, full cream milk, kesar, sugar, elaichi powder, almonds, cashews and pistachios. Cook half a liter of milk in a pan. Make rabdi by adding sugar and dry fruits. Take a mango and cut it from the top and take out the seed. Then when the rabdi cools down, fill it with mango and cover it and keep it in the fridge for 7-8 hours. Take out, peel, cut, serve and enjoy!

Why should we eat mangoes during summer?

Mangoes are rich in water content, which helps keep the body hydrated during hot summer months, preventing dehydration and associated health issues. It is naturally sweet and has a refreshing taste, making it a great snack option. The delicious fruit is also packed with vitamins A, C, and E. Mangoes are also good for digestion as they have dietary fiber that prevents constipation during summer months.

How to keep cool during summer

During summers, make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration. Avoid excessive consumption of caffeinated or alcoholic beverages. One should also wear light weight clothes that allow air circulation and keeps your body cool!
