      Recently, celebrity fitness trainer Anshuka Parwani shared a photo from Kareena's yoga routine, in which she is doing a backbend yoga pose, also known as wheel pose or Urdhva Dhanurasana. Let us know the benefits of doing this pose.

      Benefits of the yoga pose

      1. Increases spinal flexibility

      Wheel pose stretches the spinal cord, which increases the flexibility of the spine.

      2. Chest expansion

      This asana opens the chest and increases lung capacity, which is beneficial for the respiratory system.

      Wheel pose helps strengthens hands, legs, wrists and abdominal muscles.
