Deepika Padukone's yoga trainer Anshuka Parwani shares a 5-minute, beginner-friendly yoga routine to relieve body stiffness, improve flexibility, and restore movement while advising caution with existing injuries.

Deepika Padukone's yoga trainer suggests 7 easy yoga asanas to ease stiffness in body

Prolonged sitting due to desk jobs, poor sleeping posture, or an inactive lifestyle can often result in body stiffness.

To combat this, actor Deepika Padukone's yoga trainer, Anshuka Parwani, shared seven beginner-friendly yoga poses designed to relieve stiffness, improve flexibility, and restore fluid movement. These poses can be done in just five minutes, anywhere and anytime.

Anshuka recommends performing 5 sets of 15 reps each for Child Pose to Cobra Pose, Lateral Stretch Pulses, Side Twists, Camel Pose, Low Lunge, and Malasana Twist. For the Poppy Pose, she suggests holding it for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Perfect for beginners, this routine brings ease and flexibility back into your body. However, be mindful about any of your prolonged injury that could be worsened due to this.
