From doing Pilates to eating right, here is how Animal actor Triptii Dimri stays fit

Animal actor Triptii Dimri was hailed as the national crush of India after the release of Ranbir Kapoor's Animal. The actor follows a strict routine and make sure to eat the right food at the right time. Triptii also makes sure to sleep and wakeup at a fixed time to keep her body clock right.

Triptii Dimri's diet routine

The Animal actor begins her day with two glasses of warm water. This paves the way for a hydrated and energised start. She then indulges in either a glass of green tea or a glass of mint tea.

For breakfast, Triptii believes in having nuts, almond milk and oats. For her lunch plate, she has rice, dal, curd, salad, and green vegetables. This ensures a mix of essential nutrients. Her dinners are light and she usually stays away from spicy food.

Triptii Dimri does Yoga and Pilates

Triptii Dimri believes in doing yoga for a healthier life. Yoga promotes mental and physical well being. She also practices meditation for a peaceful mind and heart. Triptii's fitness journey includes her hitting the gym regularly. He wrokout routine includes strength training for muscle toning, cardio for stamina, pilates for core strength, and dancing for that fun touch!
