Ranbir focuses on strength-building exercises, targeting various muscle groups. Being the co-owner of the football team Mumbai City FC, Ranbir himself also indulges in outdoor activities and sports.

    When it comes to his diet, the Animal actor focuses on clean, nutritious foods with a good balance of proteins, healthy fats, and carbohydrates. He prefers eating smaller meals throughout the day to keep his metabolism active.
