In a recent interview with News 18, the actor said that people often have the misconception that a meaty diet is required to get a great physique, but according to Sood it’s more about sticking to a disciplined diet and staying away from snacking or indulging in junk food. The actor also emphasised that it’s not just what you eat, but also how much and in what proportions. Besides this the actor said that he never misses a workout and advised everyone to stay active throughout the day.

He said, “Even during times like watching TV, I find ways to keep moving with crunches, push-ups, and sit-ups. These simple activities help me stay on my toes and reinforce the importance of being active and healthy.”
