      According to a new study, regular exercise can boost the effectiveness of Covid-19 jab or even the booster doze.

      Published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, the research involved almost 200,000 men and women. The team found that coronavirus vaccination effectively prevented severe illness in people who exercised regularly.

      The findings also suggested that those who walked or exercised on a regular basis were 25 per cent less likely to be hospitalised with Covid-19 as compared to those with a sedentary lifestyle.
