Accroding to the study, women need 20 minutes more of sleep time than men because their brain works harder.

The study explains that this happens because women are better at doing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Some studies also suggest that women are 40% more likely to have insomnia than men as they are more sensitive to sound than men, which ends up interrupting their sleep.

Another reason backed by science to prove that women need more sleep than men.
