Despite clinching 2 consecutive T20I series ahead of T20 World Cup 2022, Indian skipper Rohit Sharma still feels that the team needs to address some issues, especially their death bowling.

While India won the 3-match series vs South Africa, 2-1, the Men in Blue lost the final match by 49 runs.

In his post-match presentation the skipper said, 'As a team, we said it at the beginning no matter what happens about the result, there's always room for improvement.'

He also explained why the team would leave early for Australia, where the T20 World Cup will be held starting 16th October. 'Lot of the guys haven't been to Australia, which is why we wanted to go early. Play on some bouncy pitches in Perth and see what we can do there. Out of the 15, only 7-8 have been there before, so wanted to make an effort to go there early," he said.
