After over two months of vigorous cricket and after 73 intensely-fought matches, IPL 2024 will have its champion in a day's time. Ahead of the ultimate showdown between the Kolkata Knight Riders and the Sunrisers Hyderabad in Chennai, the skippers from both sides posed for pictures on the eve of the final.

KKR skipper Shreyas Iyer and SRH's leader Pat Cummins were seen striking quirky poses with the IPL trophy on Saturday. While KKR will be eyeing to end their 10-year title drought, the Sunrisers will look to win their first IPL trophy since 2016.

Indian Premer League's official social media handles posted pictures of the two skippers with the caption, 'Two Captains. One Trophy. And an eventful Chennai evening. All eyes on the final.'

While KKR ended the league stage on the top, SRH ended just a place below them. Kolkata not only beat Hyderabad in the league game but also got the better of them in Qualifier 1 to make it to the final.

However, the Sunrisers thrashed the Rajasthan Royals in the Eliminator to set up a 3rd date with KKR, this time in the final of IPL 2024.
