IPL 2022, Match 69, MI vs DC preview: Delhi Capitals aim for playoffs berth as they play Mumbai Indians

IPL 2022: After winning back-to-back matches to keep their playoff hopes alive, Delhi Capitals would look to make it a hat-trick of wins when they take on Mumbai Indians in their last group game on Saturday at Wankhede Stadium.

Delhi Capitals have won 7 out of 13 matches and are placed 5th on the points table. If DC wins against MI, they can tie for the fourth position with RCB and can even qualify for the playoffs as their run rate is far better than Bangalore. If Delhi loses to Mumbai, they will be out of the race for playoffs.

On the other hand, Mumbai Indians have already been knocked out of the competition. The five-time IPL champions are placed at the bottom of the points table with 3 wins in 13 matches. They would look to win their last match to end their horrific season on a positive note.
