IPL 2023: Gujarat Titans to wear lavender-coloured jersey vs SRH on May 15

In order to raise awareness about cancer, defending champions Gujarat Titans will wear lavender-coloured jerseys in their last league game at home against Sunrisers Hyderabad on May 15.

The initiative aims to highlight the critical issue of cancer, which continues to be a significant contributor to morbidity and mortality in India and worldwide.

The Titans have chosen lavender since it’s a colour that symbolises all types of cancer, one that serves as a powerful reminder of the many lives affected by the devastating disease.
