      In his seventh address to the nation since the Coronavirus-induced lockdown was implemented in March this year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday expressed caution ahead of the festive season. As the number of infections continue to witness record decline, the Prime Minister reminded the people that while most of the curbs have been lifted, the virus still exists.
