Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has reacted to AIIMS Forensic Medical Board's report on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case that ruled out the possibility of murder of the late Bollywood actor. He said there should not be any distrust now as the report was prepared the head of AIIMS Forensic Medical Board in Sushant death case, Dr Sudhir Gupta who does not have any political connection or any links with Shiv Sena. He also added there has been a conspiracy from the very beggining to malign Maharashtra government and Mumbai Police

Sounding similar sentiment, Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh said they were not 'surprised' by the AIIMS report as the same was the finding of the Cooper Hospital team as well.

Meanwhile, in its mouthpiece Saamna, Shiv Sena claimed that the BJP-led Centre and its NDA partner in Bihar, JD(U), used Sushant's death as a poll plank ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections in the state
