The court directed the Commissioner of Police to transfer the investigation to the cyber cell to determine if the student created fake accounts using the teacher&rsquo;s phone.

The Allahabad High Court has ordered a probe against a student who had accused his teacher of forced conversion and sexual coercion, a report by Bar and Bench said.&nbsp;
The decision came after the court heard the plea moved by the Principal of a Kanpur school. It was noted that a First Information Report (FIR) had been filed against the teacher following an order by a Judicial Magistrate based on the informant&rsquo;s complaint, the legal portal further reported.&nbsp;
The court also noted an independent inquiry into the matter that suggested the allegations might have been fabricated to cover up the student's actions.
Additionally, the court indicated that both the student and his father, the informant, could face criminal prosecution if the inquiry&rsquo;s findings were validated.
The court directed the Commissioner of Police, Kanpur, to transfer the investigation to the cyber cell, instructing them to report if the student had created any fake accounts using the teacher&rsquo;s mobile phone or ID. It also ordered the informant to hand over the original phone to the police.
Notably, the case garnered significant media attention last year, leading to a criminal case against the teacher and her suspension from the job.

The Supreme Court on Friday imposed an interim stay on an order of the Allahabad High Court that declared the Uttar Pradesh Board of Madarsa Education Act, 2004, "unconstitutional" and violative of the principle of secularism.
A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud issued notices to the Centre, Uttar Pradesh government and others on the pleas against the high court order.
"The object and purpose of Madarsa board is regulatory in nature and the Allahabad HC is not prima facie correct that establishment of board will breach secularism," the bench, also comprising Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra, said.
The top court said HC has misconstrued provisions of the 2004 act as it does not provide for religious instruction and the purpose and character of the statute is regulatory in nature.
The high court on March 22 declared the Uttar Pradesh Board of Madarsa Education Act, 2004, "unconstitutional" and violative of the principle of secularism, and asked the state government to accommodate current students in the formal schooling system.
The high court had declared the law ultra vires on a writ petition filed by advocate Anshuman Singh Rathore.
The petitioner had challenged the constitutionality of the UP Madarsa Board as well as objected to the management of madarsa by the Minority Welfare Department, rather than the education department.&nbsp;

The rooms were part of an underground chamber for summer months. 15 rooms are situated in a line along the riverfront, and are reached by a narrow corridor. 7 larger chambers extend by niches on each side, and there are 6 square-shaped rooms, 2 octagonal rooms. These are decorated with netted patterns, circles of stars, and medallions.
These probably served as a cool, recreational place for the visiting Mughal emperor, but the chamber does not receive natural light now. These underground galleries are common in Mughal architecture, as per Koch.
The BBC quoted another historian, Rana Safvi, as saying that the underground rooms were open to visitors until a flood in 1978. Water had entered the mausoleum, and some of the underground rooms were silted.
Some chambers even suffered cracks, according to Safvi. The rooms have been closed for public ever since, but are opened for restoration work, according to the report.

The Allahabad High Court has observed that 'oral sex' with a minor does not come under the 'aggravated sexual assault' category in the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
The court reducing the jail term of a man convicted of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.In the judgment, the court said the crime falls in the 'penetrative sexual assault' category which is punishable under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
In 2016, a man in Jhansi was booked for having "oral sex" with the 10-year-old boy in exchange for Rs 20. The boy had also been threatened with dire consequences if he told anybody about the incident.
A lower court then sentenced the accused to 10-year jail term. The convict appealed against the sentence in the high court.
The Allahabad High Court partly allowed the appeal and sentenced the convict to seven years in jail instead of 10 years.

Justice Shekhar&nbsp;Kumar&nbsp;Yadav&nbsp;of Allahabad High Court remarked on Friday that&nbsp;Lord Ram, Lord Krishna, the&nbsp;Ramayana,&nbsp;Gita&nbsp;and its authors Maharishi Valmiki and Maharishi Ved Vyas should be given a heritage status by the parliament.&nbsp;
According to him, a law should be enacted to recognise their heritage. The government should bring a Bill in Parliament and declare cow as the national animal and make strict laws against those who talk about harming the animal, the court said.
"The right to life is above the right to kill and the right to eat beef can never be considered a fundamental right," the court further said denying bail to a man who allegedly stole a cow and slaughtered it.
The HC further noted that it is not only Hindus who have understood the importance of cows, Muslim rulers also considered it as an important part of India's culture during their reign.
For example, Babur, Humayun and Akbar prohibited the sacrifice of cows in their religious festivals, the court said.
The ruler of Mysore, Hyder Ali, made cow slaughter a punishable offence, the HC added.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday entrusted Allahabad high court to monitor the CBI probe into the gang-rape and murder of a dalit girl in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras. The Supreme Court was hearing a batch of pleas which have sought a court-monitored probe into the Hathras case, in which a Dalit girl was allegedly brutally raped and died of injuries.
