&nbsp;In a big relief, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan&rsquo;s son&nbsp;Aryan Khan&nbsp;has been granted bail by the Mumbai court in connection with the drugs on cruise case.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Along with Aryan Khan, the HC also granted bail to his friend Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun&nbsp;Dhamecha. All three were arrested on October 3 after an NCB team led by Sameer Wankhede raided a Goa-bound cruise off Mumbai coast.&nbsp;
The detailed order by the court will be given tomorrow (Friday), and that is when Aryan is also likely to walk out of the jail.&nbsp;Here are the probable bail conditions for Aryan Khan:&nbsp;&nbsp;1. The accused shall not indulge in any activity similar to the activities on the basis of which the said CR stands registered against him for offences under the NDPS Act.&nbsp;
2. The accused shall not undertake any action which is prejudicial to the proceedings before the Hon&rsquo;ble Special Court (established under the NDPS Act).&nbsp;&nbsp;
3. Aryan Khan is not allowed to leave the country without permission. Rather, he has to surrender his passport to the Special Court&nbsp;&nbsp;
4. Aryan Khan is not allowed to establish communication with other accused in the case.&nbsp;
5. Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without intimating NCB.&nbsp;&nbsp;
5.&nbsp;Aryan Khan must not attempt to influence other accused.&nbsp;

Aryan Khan's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi told the media that Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha will hopefully walk out of jail on Friday or Saturday.&nbsp;The high court will share the detailed order on Friday, including the operative parts of its judgement.&nbsp;Until the court gives the operative part of the order, the accused will remain in jail.
Aryan Khan's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi argued in the Bombay High Court that it is a violation of constitutional rights to use retracted statements at the time of the bail hearing.
Rohatgi also argued that the NCB cannot "lump together" all the different amounts of drugs found and then say that "commercial quantity" has been recovered.
ASG Anil Singh, arguing for the NCB, told the Bombay High Court about the NCB's&nbsp;three main charges against Aryan. First,&nbsp;Aryan Khan was found in conscious possession of drugs. Second, he was connected with drug peddlers, and third, his arrest is valid.
