Mehul Choksi moves Division Bench of Delhi HC against Netflix series

After a single-judge bench dismissed Mehul Choksi's&nbsp;plea to preview&nbsp;Netflix's&nbsp;upcoming series 'Bad Boy Billionaires: India', the fugitive diamantaire has now approached the Division Bench of the Delhi High Court with the same plea.
The&nbsp;Netflix series covers the rise&nbsp;and&nbsp;fall of Indian billionaires&nbsp;Vijay Mallya,&nbsp;Nirav Modi&nbsp;along with his uncle&nbsp;Choksi&nbsp;among others&nbsp;and&nbsp;focusses on the events that led to the downfall of these&nbsp;tycoons.&nbsp;
The series is all set to stream from September 2.&nbsp;
