<h3>Recipe to make all-purpose frozen gravy</h3>
Ingredients
4tsp &ndash; Oil 2 no &ndash; Cardamom, black 3 no &ndash; Green cardamom 3 no &ndash; Cloves 1 inch &ndash; Cinnamon 7-8 no &ndash; Black pepper 7 no &ndash; Onion 15 no &ndash; Garlic cloves 6 no &ndash; Tomato 12-15 no &ndash; Soaked cashew nuts 3-4 no &ndash; Soaked Kashmiri chilli
Grind them all together to make a thick paste. Now, take a pan add 2 tsp of oil and pour the paste into it. Add all the masalas into it like-
2tsp &ndash; Oil 5tsp &ndash; Coriander powder 2tsp &ndash; Garam masala powder 3tsp &ndash; Red chilli powder 2tsp &ndash; Cumin powder 3tsp &ndash; Turmeric
Now, transfer the mixture into the mould and place it in the freezer and use it whenever you need. This gravy cube can be stored in the fridge for more than 2 weeks.&nbsp;

Nutritionist Anjali Mukerjee recently took to Instagram to share why smoked meat is unhealthy and there have been several studies that link it to various kinds of cancer.&nbsp;
According to her Smoking, grilling, frying, barbequing and roasting meat at high temperature produces many heterocyclic amines (HCAs) that may damage heart health, genetic material and ageing process in your body. Also, consuming it over a period of time may increase risk of breast cancer in postmenopausal women.&nbsp;
She suggests having barbequed meat only occasionally and balance it with raw veggies and fruits. You can also squeeze some lemon and add raw onion and radish to counteract the damage.&nbsp;

According to a study published in Journal of Zheijang University Science, broccoli was used to study its nutrients and health-promoting compounds. It was found that almost all cooking methods, except steaming, caused loss of vitamin C and chlorophyll from broccoli.
There was a significant decrease of total soluble proteins and soluble sugars as well. It was hence proved that steaming vegetables, especially broccoli, is much better than cooking.
Study authors concluded by saying that even other vegetables when eaten raw have safety and sanitation concerns due to bacterial contamination.

Heat water in a pot and let it come to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water. Once the water starts boiling, add the spaghetti and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Strain the pasta once cooked and keep it aside.&nbsp;
Step 2
For the pesto sauce, combine 2 cups of basil, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 tsp olive oil, a pinch of salt and &frac12; cup of toasted pine nuts in a bowl.&nbsp;
Step 3
Add these ingredients into a blender along with 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese and blend to make a smooth paste.
Step 4
Heat some oil in a pan and add &frac14; cup chopped onions. Saut&eacute; them for a few minutes and then add the paste. Season it with some black pepper powder. Now, add the spaghetti and mix well. Serve hot.
