<p>Prolonged sitting due to desk jobs, poor sleeping posture, or an inactive lifestyle can often result in body stiffness.</p>
<p>To combat this, actor Deepika Padukone's yoga trainer, Anshuka Parwani, shared seven beginner-friendly yoga poses designed to relieve stiffness, improve flexibility, and restore fluid movement. These poses can be done in just five minutes, anywhere and anytime.</p>
<p>Anshuka recommends performing 5 sets of 15 reps each for Child Pose to Cobra Pose, Lateral Stretch Pulses, Side Twists, Camel Pose, Low Lunge, and Malasana Twist. For the Poppy Pose, she suggests holding it for 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Perfect for beginners, this routine brings ease and flexibility back into your body. However, be mindful about any of your prolonged injury that could be worsened due to this.</p>

<p>During the Live Love Laugh Foundation Lecture Series on World Mental Health Day 2024, the actor opened up about how these challenges are impacting her decision-making.</p>
<p>&lsquo;When you are sleep-deprived or burnt out the decisions that you make and I think sometimes I can actually feel it. I know on particular days when I am feeling stressed or burnt out because I haven&rsquo;t slept enough or practice my self-care rituals&hellip;I can tell that my decision-making is getting affected to some extent,&rsquo; Deepika said.</p>
<p>During the conversation, Deepika Padukone also discussed the importance of handling criticism, emphasizing that while it's normal to feel negative emotions like pain or anger, it&rsquo;s crucial to learn from them. She shared, &lsquo;It&rsquo;s human to feel extreme emotions, but the key is how you deal with that criticism and use it positively to work on yourself. You need to put in the effort and be patient.&rsquo;</p>

<p>The purchase was reportedly made under the name of the company that is co-owned by Deepika&rsquo;s father Prakash Padukone. The 'Fighter&rsquo; actor has purchased the apartment on the 15th floor of The Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society.</p>

<p>Actor Deepika Padukone, who will play Lady Singham in Rohit Shetty&rsquo;s &lsquo;Singham 3&rsquo;, received a beautiful bouquet from the film&rsquo;s team. The mother-to-be posted a photo of the gift which was accompanied by a cute note.</p>

<p>On April 19, filmmaker Rohit Shetty introduced Deepika Padukone as Lady Singham, referring to her as his 'hero'. He shared a still of Deepika from the film. Her initial look as Shakti Shetty was revealed in October 2023 when Shetty released a sneak peek of Deepika dressed as a cop, recreating the 'Singham' hook step.</p>
<p>Sharing the same, Rohit wrote, &lsquo;My hero, reel mein bhi aur real mein bhi (Both in reel and real life) Lady Singham!!! @deepikapadukone (sic).&rsquo;</p>
<p>Deepika Padukone portrays Lady Singham in Rohit Shetty's cop universe film, 'Singham Again'. Her character was introduced last year, with Rohit describing her as &lsquo;Naari Sita ka bhi roop hai aur Durga ka bhi&rsquo; (In women, there is the form of Sita and also of Durga). She is depicted as the most brutal and violent officer in their cop universe.</p>
<p>In December 2022, Rohit Shetty confirmed that Deepika Padukone would portray Lady Singham in his first female-centric copverse. At the 'Current Laga Re' song launch, Deepika gave a glimpse of her 'tashan wali walk' (attitude-filled walk) as Lady Singham.</p>
<p>At a 'Cirkus' event held in 2022, Rohit Shetty said, &lsquo;Kahi na kahi to pata chal hi jaega so I will tell now only (Somewhere or the other, the truth will come out, so I'll tell you now). The next film that we are making is Singham from our cop universe. And every time I am asked 'Lady Singham kab aegi' (When will Lady Singham come). So, 'Singham Again' has a Lady Singh (while pointing towards Deepika Padukone). She is my lady cop from the cop universe. We are working on it next year.&rsquo;</p>
<p>'Singham Again' features an ensemble star cast comprising Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Ranveer Singh.</p>

<p>Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again' is the fifth instalment in the franchise and a sequel to Singham Returns (2014). 'Singham Again' was announced in September 2017 under the working title 'Singham 3'. The official title was announced in December 2022. &lsquo;Singham Again&rsquo; will be the latest addition to Rohit Shetty&rsquo;s cop universe, which will see the return of Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham.</p>
