If you love Korean noodles, then this one is for you. Shared by Ayushi Gupta-Mehra on Instagram, these gochujang chilli oil noodles take just about 10 minutes to prepare.&nbsp; Follow this 4-step recipe to make this popular noodles at home.&nbsp;
<h3>Step 1</h3>
Cook noodles of choice in a pot of boiling water. Drain and set aside, reserving some of the noodle water.
<h3>Step 2</h3>
Add 2-3 finely chopped garlic cloves, 1-4 tsp gochugaru, 1/2-1 tbsp sesame seeds and a handful of spring onions to a heat-proof bowl.
<h3>Step 3</h3>
Now heat 1.5 tbsp of sesame oil and once hot, pour it over the chili-garlic mixture.
<h3>Step 4</h3>
Then add 1-1.5 tbsp Gochujang paste, 1-1.5 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tsp sugar. Mix well and add a splash of the noodle cooking water and serve.

Step 1
Take 200 grams of dried rice noodles (wide and flat) and cook them in boiling water for a few minutes. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2
Combine 2 tsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp water in a bowl.

Step 3
Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok. Add 3 chopped cloves of garlic and 2 birds eye chilli. Next, add &frac14; cup chopped onions and &frac12; cup chopped green onions.
Step 4
Add 200 grams roughly chopped chicken thighs, 2 tsp soy sauce and the noodles. Mix well and serve hot

Take 500 grams of udon noodles and cook them in boiling water with a pinch of salt in it. Once cooked, rinse the noodles with cold water, drain and set aside.&nbsp;
Step 2&nbsp;
Heat some oil in a pan. Chop and add 3-4 cloves of garlic into the pan. Next, add 2 diced scallions. Saute for a minute.&nbsp;
Step 3&nbsp;
Add 1&nbsp;cup shredded&nbsp;cabbage, &frac14; cup&nbsp;julienned carrots, and 3 sliced mushrooms of your choice into the pan.&nbsp;

Prepare the sauce by combining 1&nbsp;tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp Gochugaru into a bowl. &nbsp;
Step 5&nbsp;
Add the prepared sauce into the pan along with the noodles and stir. Serve hot.&nbsp;
