Case against Mithun Chakraborty's wife, son for rape & cheating

Mumbai's Oshiwara police station has registered a case against Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay for the rape and coercion of a girl, based on her earlier&nbsp;complaint and Delhi&nbsp;Rohini&nbsp;courts order to file FIRs against&nbsp;Mahaakshay&nbsp;&amp; Mithun's wife&nbsp;Yogita Bali in&nbsp;2018.
Mumbai&nbsp;police registered the case as after the&nbsp;complainant alleged that she came in contact with&nbsp;Mahaakshay&nbsp;in April 2015 and he spiked her drink &amp; raped her after calling her to his flat.

Mumbai Police have booked&nbsp;Mithun Chakraborty's son&nbsp;Mahaakshay&nbsp;and the veteran actor&rsquo;s wife Yogita Bali on a complaint of rape and cheating filed by a woman.&nbsp;The case was registered at&nbsp;Oshiwara&nbsp;police station based on the complaint lodged by the 38-year- old woman.&nbsp;The complainant said she was in a relationship with&nbsp;Mahaakshay&nbsp;from 2015 to 2018 and during that period he had promised to marry her.&nbsp;The woman said she had gone to see&nbsp;Mahaakshay's flat and&nbsp;the accused offered her a spiked soft drink and forced her to have physical relations.&nbsp;The woman alleged that when she became pregnant,&nbsp;Mahaakshay&nbsp;asked her to abort the baby and gave her pills.&nbsp;The woman claimed that Mithun&rsquo;s wife had threatened her when after&nbsp;Mahaakshay&nbsp;refused to marry her.&nbsp;

Payal Ghosh file an FIR against filmmaker Anurag Kashyap for alleged sexual misconduct

Actress Payal Ghosh, who levelled sexual harassment allegations against Anurag Kashyap, has now filed a police complaint against the filmmaker in Mumbai on Monday.&nbsp;Ghosh along with her lawyer Nitin Satpute arrived at the Oshiwara Police Station for registration of an FIR.
Meanwhile, Ghosh's advocate told the media on Monday that it is a 'cognisable offence' for which the accused can get 3 years of imprisonment under section 354 and 509 of Indian Penal Code, if found guilty.
