A video showcasing the poor condition of the Maurya Express has gone viral. The video was recorded by a passenger and shared by his friend on X.
The user Rahul claimed that the state of the train was so bad that it was operating by sheer 'God's grace'.
"A friend of mine was travelling on the 15027 Maurya Express train yesterday. The condition of the train was so bad that air was coming from outside, all the nuts and bolts were loose, and walls were broken. The train was operating by God's grace," the caption read.&nbsp;
Social media users reacted to post sharing similar experiences and criticising the Indian Railways for poor maintenance.
"It's a feature not a bug," said one user mocking the Railways.
A second user asked the passenger to "Be thankful for fresh air without paying extra."
"This is the true face of Vande Bharat. Rest is all drama," claimed another user.
Some others suggested the Railways itself is functioning by "God's grace."
As the post garnered thousands of views and comments, the Railways responded, suggesting the passenger file an official complaint.
"For necessary action escalated to the concerned official @Drmljn. We request you to please share the journey details (PNR/UTS No.) and Mobile No. with us preferably via DM. You may also raise your concern directly on http://railmadad.indianrailways.gov.in or dial 139 for speedy redressal," Railway Seva, the official account for passenger support, said on X.

A Delhi man, 19, has been arrested for allegedly urinating on a retired BHU professor and his wife on a moving train.

Railway Police officers have arrested a Delhi teen for allegedly urinating on a retired Banaras Hindu University professor on a moving train.
An RPF officer from Jhansi said the suspect was allegedly drunk and causing a nuisance on the train. He was removed from the upper berth after urinating on the professor and his wife. The 19-year-old was arrested under Section 145 of the Railways Act.
Police identified the suspect as Ritesh Kumar, a resident of Delhi&rsquo;s Qutub Vihar locality, as per Hindustan Times. He will now be produced before a magistrate.

Two passengers died and six fell sick on board the Patna-Kota Express train on Sunday, officials said. It was not immediately known what led to the deaths.
They were part of a group of 90 passengers from Raipur in Chhattisgarh. Five of the six people who feel sick were undergoing treatment at a railway hospital in Agra while the sixth was admitted to the S N Medical College.
North Central Railway PRO in Agra Division Prashasti Srivastava told PTI, "A call was received on the railway helpline number about the passengers...falling sick. They were travelling in an AC coach. A woman aged about 62 years and a man aged nearly 65 were declared dead by the doctor at the Agra Cantt Railway Station. Five passengers from the same group are being treated at (hospitals)." She said the cause of death was not known yet.
Asked if it was a case of food poisoning or dehydration, she said, "It will be known after the postmortem." On whether they were given poison-laced sweets by a criminal gang known as "zeher khurani", she said there was no such complaint.&nbsp;

The action came after a Lokpal court on 2 June 2022, ordered CBI to ascertain if charges of corruption are made out against Agnihotri. It has been claimed that when Agnihotri was CMD of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd, he struck a quid pro quo deal with a private company.
Agnihotri has also been accused of taking up a job in a private company within one year of his retirement without the Central government's permission.
Agnihotri has challenged the allegations, claiming that he never favoured any companies, and his son did not work in any firm which secured contracts, the PTI report said. Agnihotri has also claimed that he had written to the Central government for waiver of the one year cooling-off period for private employment.
He is a 1982-batch IRSE officer who reportedly has over 20 years of experience in implementation of mega rail projects.
The NHSRCL, which is a joint venture between the Centre and states for bullet train and other high-speed projects, will now be headed by Director, Projects Rajendra Prasad for 3 months.

In case of excess baggage, go to the parcel office and book the luggage."This is what your baggage allowance looks like - If you are travelling in AC first class, you can carry up to 70kgs for free, and for AC 2-Tier, the limit is 50Kgs. In AC 3-tier sleeper, AC chair car and the sleeper class, carrying baggage up to 40 kilos is allowed. For 2-class, the limit is up to 25kgs.
