&ldquo;I placed a phone call for my brother to get help. Not for my brother to get lynched." Daniel Prude's brother spoke out after Daniel died of asphyxiation after a group of police officers put a hood over his head and pressed his face into a pavement for two minutes.
 According to videos released, Daniel Prude, a black man was seen running naked on the streets, complied to what the police asked him to do. Naked, Prude was asked to get on the ground, put his hand behind his back as light snow falls. The police officers are seen putting a white "spit hood" on him. Prude demands the hood to be removed but he is pinned down with one officer holding his dead down against the pavement as another officer puts his knee on Prude's back. Prude spits, grunts but gets notices only when officers notice water coming out of his mouth.
Medics concluded that Prude's death was a homicide caused by &ldquo;complications of asphyxia in the setting of physical restraint.&rdquo;
Daniel Prude died on March 30 and his death received no public attention until Wednesday when the family held a news conference and released police body camera video.
Community advocates have demanded charges be filed against several Rochester Police officers against killing of a Black man who was suffering from a mental health crisis and was of no threat to the Police officer. 7 police officers have been suspended, said Rochester's Mayor.&nbsp;

A grieving brother speaks out after Daniel Prude&nbsp;died of asphyxiation because of a hood placed over his head for two minutes by police officers who were supposed to help the mentally&nbsp;distressed&nbsp;man.
Videos of the incident&nbsp;show Daniel Prude, a black man, running naked on the streets as light snow falls.&nbsp;Prude&nbsp;is then asked to get on the ground and put his hand behind his back, he complies and the police officers put a white hood on him.&nbsp;
