The decision has been made and the Japanese government won't allow any spectators in the stands during the Tokyo Olympics. The decision was announced by Tokyo Olympics Minister&nbsp;Tamayo Marukawa&nbsp;on Thursday hours after the arrival of the International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach who came to Japan to oversee&nbsp;the final preparations for the Summer Games. The decision was made after the Japanese Government announced a 4th state of emergency to be imposed on Tokyo and its suburbs due to another surge in Covid-19 cases and the administration doesn't want the Olympics to start a new wave of infections.
