Punia managed to win the thrilling tie after being 0-6 down in the beginning. This was his third bronze in the championships. He has a World Championship silver medal to his name as well. In fact, he became the first Indian to win four medals at the event.

The 28-year-old had to battle a head injury, which he picked during his pre-quarterfinal bout on Saturday but that couldn't stop Bajrang from finishing at the podium.

Reports of Nisha&nbsp;Dahiya&nbsp;having been killed along with her brother emerged on Wednesday afternoon, the police later clarified that the another wrestler with the same name had been shot dead leading to confusion.&nbsp; Earlier this week, Dahiya&nbsp;won bronze medal at the World Championship in the 72 kg weight class at the World Wrestling Chamionship in Belgrade.
