Chechen Boss Ramzan Kadyrov Mocks ‘Dear Guest’ Elon Musk, Displays 2 More Gun-Mounted Teslas

Ramzan Kadyrov showed the two Tesla trucks with guns mounted on them. Chechens were seen training, hitting aerial targets with machine guns. The video showed men in military gear firing from the roofs of the trucks. In August, Kadyrov drove through a square in the Grozny capital of Chechnya.
