Princess Diana's brother Charles Spencer has slammed former US President Donald Trump for making inappropriate remarks about his late sister.

Taking to Twitter, Spencer expressed his displeasure over Trump's comment saying that he had used Diana's name to sell some real estate in New York adding that Diana did not have a good impression of him.

He tweeted, "Surprised to hear that Donald Trump is apparently claiming that my late sister Diana wanted to “kiss his arse”, since the one time she mentioned him to me - when he was using her good name to sell some real estate in New York - she clearly viewed him as worse than an anal fissure."

Earlier, during the promotion of his new book of private letters sent to him by public personalities, Trump had claimed that Queen Elizabeth II, Princess Diana, and other prominent figures wrote to him to "kiss his ass."

Titled 'Letters to Trump' the book is set to release on April 25 and will reportedly feature letters from the late Queen Elizabeth 2, late Princess Diana, Russian president Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, among several other public figures.
