Why Punjabis Were Shot Dead In Pakistan's Balochistan | History Of Baloch Separatism | Explained

Separatist militants launched at least six coordinated attacks in Pakistan's southwestern Balochistan province, killing 74 people in a serious escalation of violence. Among them were nearly two dozen civilians from Punjab.

Armed men in Musakhail district stopped buses and trucks travelling to and from Punjab, inspected identities of the passengers, and shot dead 23 Punjabi migrants.

Balochistan Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the attacks, where it targeted security forces, took control of highways and damaged railway tracks, all near Punjab.
