A special screening of 'Murder Mubarak' was held in Mumbai last evening. The star-studded event saw Bollywood's top stars arrive in style.

Ahead of its OTT release, the makers of Netflix’s crime mystery ‘Murder Mubarak’ held a special screening in Mumbai on Thursday. The star-studded event saw top Bollywood celebs in attendance along with the cast of the upcoming film.

Pankaj Tripathi, who will be seen in the role of the cop investigating the murder in the film, looked elegant as he posed with his wife. Known for his simplicity, the actor wore a traditional kurta while his wife also opted for an Indian outfit.

Film’s other lead stars Sara Ali Khan and Vijay Varma posed together at the red carpet. Sara brought glamour in a floral floor length gown and Vijay Varma looked dashing in a coord set. Vijay Varma’s lady love Tamannaah was also present at the event to support her beau. She looked stunning in a white gown.

The evergreen Karisma Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor chose an all-black outfit to turn up the heat while Tisca Chopra paired white wide-legged pants with a bralette and a blazer.

Kriti Sanon stood out at the event as she ditched the gowns and dresses and instead wore a sweatshirt and trousers with sneakers.

Homi Adajania’s directorial film boasts of a stellar cast including Pankaj Tripathi, Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma, Dimple Kapadia, Karisma Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor, Tisca Chopra and Suhail Nayyar.

More about ‘Murder Mubarak’

The plot has been adapted from Anuja Chauhan’s novel ‘Club You To Death’. Written by Suprotim Sengupta and Gazal Dhaliwal, the film will premiere on the streaming platform Netflix on March 15.
