Amitabh Bachchan asked a question related to South Korean band BTS in a recent episode of 'KBC 14.'

BTS is an 'Indian household name' now! Amitabh Bachchan asks a question related to the band on 'KBC 14'

South Korean band BTS has been receiving immense love worldwide, and fans in India were in for a surprise after a question related to the pop group was asked on Amitabh Bachchan’s reality TV show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’. A fan took to Twitter, and shared a clip in which Big B asked the contestant, ‘The band BTS, having Jin, Suga and J-Hope as three of its members, is from which Asian country?’

The question had these options - A. South Korea, B. Iran, C. Sri Lanka, and D. Mongolia. Amitabh Bachchan teased the contestant as she smiled even before the options were mentioned. The contestant immediately chose the correct option and won Rs. 5000.

ARMY was really excited after watching the clip and posted their comments. A tweet read, ‘A question related to BTS asked on one of the most viewed Indian shows KBC. Like people from every age group watch this OMG. BTS in Indian textbooks super soon too.’

A fan was surprised that the show has become a popular ‘household name’ in India now.

BTS has seven members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook. The band made its debut in 2013. They launched with their first single album ‘2 Cool 4 Skool’ and went on to release several other albums over last few years.

BTS has a free concert in Busan on Saturday. The concert will take place at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on October 15. The event is a part of World Expo 2030.
